Adam manages our investments and drives the vision and strategy for our firm, funds, and private equity business operations.

Prior to and concurrent with founding AJB Capital in 2007, Adam spent 14 years inside Fortune 500 firms in positions of increasing financial, strategic, and operational responsibilities. His career experience has included managing businesses within highly competitive industries, M&A and corporate finance activities, capital markets transactions, product/market strategy, leadership, and commercial lending.

In addition to his work at AJB Capital, Adam has extensive volunteer service, serving as Co-Chairman of WUMC’s Building Campaign, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Wake Forest Boys and Girls Club, and as assistant football coach for Wakefield Middle School. Adam earned his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Business with a concentration in Finance from North Carolina State University.
